That's right. We are looking for some enterprising gamers to help us create a fantastic Commander staple. We've created and submitted patent paperwork for our 40 sided spindown polyhedral die. It's NOT a full on product yet. It requires your help, if you are willing, to fine tune the angles, digits, size, feel, and utilization, join our "Alpha Squad".
We are very excited to introduce even this "Alpha Version" of the D40, and are looking for those willing to get a first look at the product to be. Those who are interested, please email MaxStatsHelp@gmail.com for coordination in the D40 handoff. Once you have used the prototype, it's yours to keep. Your input will be confidential, but invaluable to helping make the best product possible. After we have sufficient input on the changes we need to make and have made those changes, we'll be launching our KickStarter and providing the address to anyone who wishes to be on the mailing list.
Some KickStarter rewards will include the 1st Edition Versions, Different Colored Dice, as well as Limited Edition Runs. However there will be no other opportunity to join the "Alpha Squad" Testers Association (ASTA sounds really official eh? We thought so). With your help we could potentially get the final product in your hands within a few months. We don't want to spoil our timeline just yet, but suffice to say that we'll be pressing this forward as fast as possible.
